How it works

Step 1

A free 20-minute consultation call to discuss your current situation, aspirations, and challenges.

Bring your questions about coaching. Once I know more about your goals, I can advise you on the best plan to suit your needs, ultimately the decision is yours.

Step 2

Choose from:

  • 1 x 90-minute deep dive session 

  • 6 x hour-long sessions over 3 months 

    Payment plans available over an agreed no. of months

  • Ah-hoc hour-long sessions.

Step 3

Settle into the coach/client relationship, clarify goals and expectations.

After each session, you’ll be given a personalised worksheet with some self-reflection prompts to complete before your next session; this helps you to integrate your new learnings and keep you accountable (you’ll be asked to share your reflections before your next session).

Step 4

At the end of our coaching experience together, we will reflect on what you set out to achieve and the changes you’ve seen / the shift you’ve felt.

If you’ve been on a 3 month plan, you can, of course, request to continue on an ad-hoc basis.

You’ll be asked to complete a feedback form which will help you reflect on our time together.
