How it works
Step 1
Start with a free 20-minute consultation to explore your organisation’s needs and the challenges your employees are facing.
This is a chance to discuss how coaching could support your team’s development and wellbeing. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your goals, share how I work, and recommend the best way forward — no pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

Step 3
Once we’re working together, we’ll take time to build a strong coaching relationship and clarify the goals and expectations for each individual we’re supporting.
After every session, they’ll receive a personalised reflection worksheet with prompts to help them process insights, apply what they’ve learned, and stay accountable between sessions. Reflections are shared ahead of the next session to support progress and encourage deeper thinking.
Step 4
At the end of the coaching programme, we’ll take time to reflect on what was set out to be achieved and the progress that’s been made — including any shifts in mindset, behaviour, or performance.
If your organisation has opted for a three-month plan, there’s the option to continue coaching on an ad-hoc basis for ongoing support.
Each employee will also be invited to complete a feedback form to help them reflect on their journey and to support continuous improvement in how we deliver coaching.er.
